I have had this humidifier for about 2 years. It does increase the humidity level as advertised. However, it also generates a lot of white dust. I regularly (every month) change the filter filling that is supposed to demineralize the water, but it doesn’t do anything about the white dust. The white dust got into all my electronics. It even caused the DVD player on the computer to stop working. I moved the humidifier into the bedroom and removed all electronics from there, except the clock radio. If we don’t close the closet, the clothes get covered with the white dust. If it wasn’t for the white dust, this would be an excellent humidifier.
